   Event Disclaimer, terms, and conditions

• Open Bar Duration: Please note that the open bar service will be available for a duration of 2 hours during the event.

• Catering Pop-Up Bar Duration: The event will run for a total of 3 hours, including the 2-hour open bar service and additional time for enjoying other amenities provided by the catering pop-up bar.

• Right to Refuse Service: Our event is staffed with professional bartenders who are trained to ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for all attendees. Please note that our bartenders reserve the right to refuse service to any individual who appears intoxicated or is behaving in a manner deemed unsafe or inappropriate.

• Drink Responsibly: We encourage all attendees to consume alcoholic beverages responsibly. Please be mindful of your alcohol consumption and know your limits. It is important to take care of yourself and others around you.

• Limitation of Liability: Tipsy Joint and its employees are not liable for any injuries, damages, accidents, or incidents that may occur during or after the event. By purchasing a ticket to our catering pop-up bar events, you accept full responsibility for your actions and agree not to hold Tipsy Joint or its employees accountable for any occurrences.

• Safety Precautions: We strongly advise attendees to schedule a ride in advance if planning to consume alcohol at our event. Your safety is our top priority, and we want to ensure that everyone gets home safely.

• No Refund Policy: Once payment is made for event tickets, it is non-refundable under any circumstances. We appreciate your understanding in this matter.

• Photography and Recording: Please be aware that photographs and recordings will be taken during the event to capture the experience and highlight the enjoyment of attendees. These images and recordings may be used to create promotional content, advertise, and market future events hosted by Tipsy Joint.

• Privacy Consent: By purchasing a ticket and/or attending the event, you consent to the use of photographs and recordings for promotional purposes by Tipsy Joint. Your attendance at the event implies your agreement to potentially appear in promotional materials, both online and offline. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation regarding this matter.

• Weather Contingency: In the event of inclement weather preventing the occurrence of the event, a credit will be issued for the next catering pop-up bar event hosted by Tipsy Joint Mobile Bar.

• Age Restriction: Attendees must be 21 years of age or older to attend the event. Valid identification will be required for age verification purposes.
